In Phase II of the National 5G Energy Hub, the project network consists of the service project, a number of satellite projects and another associated project. The service project ensures the qualitative and functional further development of the N5GEH platform developed in phase I. Satellite projects are projects that were submitted as part of the “Communication Technologies for the Energy Industry” (KomTechE) funding call. The projects address typical use cases that occur in practice and test the technology directly. As the image below shows, many areas of energy technology are addressed. The service project coordinates the exchange between the satellite projects. In addition, the DENERGETIC project is a thematically linked project that is in close contact with the satellite projects. Together, all of these projects form the “National 5G Energy Hub” thematic network.
