Field of activity
Current research interests include sensor and data acquisition system design, metrological characterization, uncertainty analysis, wireless sensor networks and energy harvesting. Dr. Guarnieri is currently leading an industry project in which he is responsible for research and development of a prototype for non-intrusive load measurements (NILM) through contactless power measurements.
Vita
Carlo Guarnieri Calò Carducci received the M.S. degree in electronic engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari, Bari, Italy, in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree with honours in 2017 at the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering. In 2017, he joined the Institute for Automation of Complex Power Systems, E.ON Energy Research Center, RWTH Aachen University, Germany, where he is currently postdoctoral research associate in the Cyber-Physical Energy Systems Management Team.
